Welcome to the Bryniau Clwyd Federation!

Thank you for visiting our website. On our site we aim to provide up to date news, information and events the children have been involved with.

We are The Bryniau Clwyd Federation and consist of two schools over two sites. Ysgol Yr Esgob Church in Wales Voluntary Aided School and Ysgol Licswm Church in Wales Voluntary Aided School. The Federation aims to serve their communities by providing an education with the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. It encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and promotes Christian values through the experience it offers to all pupils.

Church in Wales Mission Statement

Recognising its historical foundation the school will preserve and develop its character in accordance with the Church in Wales and partnership with the church at Parish and Diocesan levels.

At Ysgol Yr Esgob our motto is:

Respect, respond, be brave, rejoice!

Parchwch, ymatebwch, byddwch ddewr, llawenhewch!

At Ysgol Licswm our motto is:

Responsibility, love, care and respect.

Cyfrifoldeb, cariad, gofal a pharch.

Throughout the federation you will see you will find a happy and hardworking environment where children enjoy learning and strive to do their best. Our talented and dedicated staff work hard to ensure all children reach their own unique potential and leave school as rounded individuals.

Both schools have their own Mission Statement and Values written in consultation with children, staff, parents and governors which can be found in the separate schools section.
